SpawnLoop AI, Inc. ("SpawnLoop," "we," "us," or "our") provides revenue-intelligence software. This notice explains the information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you create or use an account, including your name, email address, account preferences, and support communications. When you choose to connect a service, we process the information that connection makes available to provide the requested functionality. Depending on your configuration, this can include Stripe billing and subscription data, customer and product information, and Salesforce data.

We also collect limited technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as log data, browser and device details, IP address, and session information. If you sign in using Google, we receive the account information Google shares with us for authentication, such as your email address and basic profile information.

How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and improve SpawnLoop and the features you request.
• Authenticate users, protect accounts, and investigate security or misuse concerns.
• Generate the reports, analyses, and dashboard views you ask us to create.
• Respond to support requests and communicate about service-related matters.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers that help us host, secure, authenticate, and operate the service, only as needed for those purposes and subject to appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Connected-service data is retained according to your account settings and the needs of the requested analysis.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information. You can update certain account information in the app. To make another privacy request, use the support channel in SpawnLoop and identify the email address associated with your account.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as our service or legal requirements change. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required.
