Terms of service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of SpawnLoop’s software, website, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Using the Service

You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for the people who use the Service through your account and for keeping your sign-in information secure. You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your connected accounts and data

You may connect third-party services, such as Stripe or Salesforce, to SpawnLoop. You represent that you have the authority to connect those services and authorize SpawnLoop to access and process the information they make available solely to provide the Service. Your use of a connected service remains subject to that service’s terms and policies.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service. In particular, you may not attempt to interfere with its operation or security, access it using unauthorized methods, reverse engineer it except where law permits, introduce malicious code, or use it in a way that violates another person’s rights or applicable law.

Our intellectual property

SpawnLoop and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including its software, designs, and documentation. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

Feedback

If you share feedback or suggestions, you grant us permission to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

Service changes and availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate, improve, secure, or comply with law. We aim to keep the Service available, but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security, or circumstances beyond our control.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpawnLoop disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Service provides decision-support information; you remain responsible for your business decisions and for verifying outputs before relying on them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpawnLoop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. SpawnLoop’s total liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability or one hundred U.S. dollars.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create risk for the Service or others, or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service or legal requirements change. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
